Energy Efficiency Arkansas (EEA) is a partnership between the Arkansas Economic Development Commission’s Energy Office and Arkansas’s investor-owned electric and gas utilities and electric cooperatives through a ratepayer funded program approved by the Arkansas Public Service Commission. Our goal is to provide Arkansans with unbiased information about cost-effective energy efficiency and conservation opportunities available to the state’s utility customers.
